Geena Gall is a retired American middle-distance runner, best known for her success in the 800m. Raised in Grand Blanc, Michigan, she excelled in both basketball and track at Grand Blanc High School, where she became a three-time national champion in the 800m and set state records.

At the University of Michigan (2005–2009), Gall emerged as a star. She won back-to-back NCAA Outdoor 800m titles in 2008 (2:03.91) and 2009 (2:00.80), earned 10-time NCAA All-American honors, and helped set collegiate records in the 4x800m and 4x1500m relays as part of the famed “Fab Four.” She also claimed multiple Big Ten titles and school records.

Professionally, Gall qualified for the 2012 London Olympics by finishing second at the U.S. Trials in a personal best 1:59.24. She reached the Olympic semifinals. She also competed at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin and won gold in the 4x800m at the 2014 World Relays. Her personal bests include 1:59.24 (800m) and 4:09.95 (1500m).

After competing, Gall transitioned to coaching roles, including at Oregon State and as a volunteer assistant at UCLA. She later worked in real estate in Colorado. Standing 5’6”, the former Oregon Track Club athlete remains a notable figure in U.S. middle-distance running history.
